'Til it Sells ads" are for private parties only. For
dealer and other licensee's inquiries regarding pricing for
advertisement rates, please direct requests to info@buymobilehomesdirect.com.
All ad's will "Run 'Til it Sells"
provided the listor (you) renew your listing with us every
30 calendar day. Listings can be renewed by simply clicking
the renewel link on the listings page and filling out the
renewel form. All ads will terminate automatically after 30
days with no further obligation to buymobilehomesdirect.com
or its agents and affiliates if no attempt to renew has been
received from the listor within that time period.
User Content.
By placing material on or communicating with the
www.BuyMobileHomesDirect.com web site and the Service, you
hereby grant to BuyMobileHomesDirect.com and its partners,
including, but not limited to Del Rio Homes, Inc. their affiliates
and related entities (collectively, “the Partners”)
the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right
and license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute and
reproduce all such materials in any form, media, software
or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the
future. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold BuyMobileHomesDirect.com
and the Partners harmless against any claims or costs, including
attorneys’ fees, arising from the use or distribution
